Several state governments have announced e-pass facility, with which people can step out of their homes during the lockdown. However, it should be noted that one should first apply for e-pass via stated website along with a valid reason and the decision to issue the pass is in the state government’s hand. Here’s how to apply for e-pass online in Delhi, UP, Maharashtra and other states currently under lockdown.
Apply e-Pass in Delhi :
- To apply, Check https://epass.jantasamvad.org/epass/init/ website
- Select ‘e-pass for travel during curfew’ option and click on Submit
- Fill in the form with the required details and then click on the Submit option
- Once completed, you will get the e-pass Reference Number, which will help in checking the status later.
Apply e-Pass in UP :
- Check http://164.100.68.164/upepass2/Apply.aspx website
- Enter the phone number and the captcha, click on the submit option
- Enter the OTP
- Fill in the given form and then click on submit.
- You will an e-pass Registration Number with which you will be able to check the status of your pass.
Apply e-Pass in Maharashtra :
- Check https://covid19.mhpolice.in/registration website
- Fill the form with the required details, click on Submit option
- You will get e-pass Reference Number using which you will be able to check the status of your pass.
Apply e-Pass in Tamil Nadu :
- Check https://tnepass.tnega.org/#/user/pass website
- Register yourself with 10 digit mobile number and then OTP
- Fill the form with all the required details
- Once completed, you will get the e-pass Reference Number, which will help in checking the status later.
Apply e-Pass in Kerala:
- Check https://covid19jagratha.kerala.nic.in/ website
- Register yourself with 10 digit mobile number and then OTP
- Fill the form with all the required details
- Once completed, you will get the e-pass Reference Number, which will help in checking the status later.
Apply e-Pass in Andhra Pradesh :
- Visit the official Website of epass AP e-Pass Portal
- In Homepage, Enter your Phone Number and OTP.
- epass Online Form displayed on screen.
- Enter GST & Employee Details.
- Enter your name, company name, pick form of work, enter the phone number, e-mail ID, pick kind of vehicle, vehicle registration number, house address, purpose, Aadhaar No., pass valid from and pass valid up to.
- Step 5: Finally, Review & submit it by clicking the “Apply” button.
- Save your Reference No for Track your Application and Download Epass.

Apply e-Pass in Telangana :
- To register, you need to visit the https://policeportal.tspolice.gov.in/
- On this portal, you will need to register and click on the option that says, Curfew ePass Online Registration.
- This will redirect to a page with a lot of dialogue boxes. In these dialogue boxes, you have to fill in your details like mobile number and date of birth.
- Next, you have to mention your travel details like the place and time, you will be out and the route for the same.
- If you have a vehicle you will travel in, you have to register for that as well.
- Once, that is done, you need to mention the reason for your application. Do this carefully as the government approved the pass based on this reason.
- After the aforementioned steps, you can submit and wait for authorization from the government.
