The new OTP system for LPG cylinder delivery is quite simple, and here is how it works:
When you book an LPG gas cylinder, an OTP will be sent to the mobile number that is registered with the company. At the time of delivery, the customers will be required to show the code and receive the LPG cylinder. This will also make sure that the cylinder has been delivered to the right person.
However, if your mobile number has not been updated, the number can be updated by the delivery person through an application in real time.
This new system OTP based delivery process will act as another level of security. But, there is the possibility that this new process will lead to some difficulties for some customers who haven’t updated their details with the LPG delivery department.
Also, your address and the mobile number of the customer should be accurate for LPG cylinder home delivery of the LPG cylinder.
