Dear Sir I have verified OTP many times but this shows failure. Plz look into the matter nd reslove my problem." and NSDL responded within a few hours saying, " Thank you for approaching us with your query. Kindly provide the PAN/application acknowledgement / Token number or other transaction details of your query."
Another user tweeted saying, "Sir I have requested to change corrections in pan card on 26/06/2020. But sir physical pan card not dispatch A. K. No 881034212181745." To this, NSDL e-Governance responded saying, "This is to inform you that we have taken note of your grievance. We will investigate the matter and revert you shortly."
