Enter mobile number
Enter your registered mobile number with UIDAI and an OTP will be sent to the Aadhaar registered number.
Click on Proceed
After going through the checklist, click on the Proceed button at the bottom of the page and a form will appear.
Fill in details
Fill in details like Full Name as Per Aadhaar, Date Of Birth, Name of Father/Spouse, Aadhaar Number, Policy Number, PAN etc.
Get OTP
Click on the GET OTP link and an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. The user will receive a message on the success of the registration for linkage.
