What does PNR include
PNR number is a ten-digit unique number which is provided against every booked ticket by the Indian Railways. During travel, your PNR number is the most important information as it gives you information about the status of your booked ticket. It makes you aware whether your ticket is confirmed, waitlisted or cancelled. The PNR status includes your personal information (Name, age, sex), your ticket details, your berth preference, payment details and also your station code.
Thus, all the inquiries like train alert, train status, live train status, information about the waitlisted tickets, seat availability or train schedule, can be easily gathered through SMS facility on our phone.
PNR provides information about the status of our reservation as well which may be classified as
- Confirmed status (CNF)
- Waiting List status (WL)
- Reservation Against Cancellation status (RAC) of a ticket
- Cancelled (CAN)
- General Waiting List (GNWL)
- Tatkal Waiting List (TQWL)
- Pooled Quota List (PQWL)
