BSNL has launched BSNL TV, which is their on-demand entertainment app, which rivals Jio’s Jio TV and Airtel’s XStream app for similar on-demand entertainment.

BSNL TV only offers regional content in these languages:
Punjabi, Bhojpuri, Rajasthani, Hindi, Odiya, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali and Haryanavi.

The app has been created by Lokdhun Telemedia Pvt. Ltd, which specializes in regional content only.
Only For Prepaid Users
BSNL TV is, again very strangely, only available for prepaid users. Post paid users of BSNL cant have access to BSNL TV.
These are the prepaid plans, which will support BSNL TV service: STV 97, STV 365, STV 399, STV 997, STV 998 and STV 1999. The STV 1999.
The last plan: STV 1999 was recently introduced, and offers 3GB data for 425 days, along with 250 minutes of calling every day, and 100 SMS every 24 hours.
This plan will be available only until January 2020.
Access BSNL TV :-
In order to access BSNL TV, first the user will need to recharge their prepaid account with the above-mentioned plans.
Once the account is recharged, the user will receive a username and password.
Them BSNL TV app needs to be installed from Google Store, where user name and password needs to be entered, and once the account is authenticated, the users can access BSNL TV.
