An error in Aadhaar can be anything either in name, age, birth date, address, and even biometrics. Recently, the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has guided citizens to update their
Aadhaar via an official Twitter account.
All the Aadhaar cards issued by UIDAI are encrypted with 12-digit random numbers
and are important identification proof for citizens across India. Availing an Aadhaar card is very simple. Any individual, irrespective of age and gender, who is a resident of India, may voluntarily enroll to obtain Aadhaar number. A person willing to enroll has to provide minimal demographic and biometric information during the enrolment process which is totally free of cost.
