Here's a step-by-step guide for you:
1. Visit State Bank of India official website and log in to your net banking account using username and password issued by the bank.
2. Look for "e-Services" section on the website and select "ATM Card Services" option under it.
3. One selected, you will see multiple options in the section. Select "ATM Card Services" option to proceed further.
4. Select the account from which the ATM card was issued by the bank. In case you only have one account, it would be pre-selected.
5. You will be required to enter the 16-digit ATM card number twice in the given fields.
6. Once you have correctly entered the ATM card number, click on "Activate".
