Gmail ‘high-priority’ notifications will show at the top of the iOS app as a separate email-like notification. The alert says ‘Try notifications for only your high priority emails’ and gives you the option to ‘Turn on’ the feature or opt out with ‘No Thanks’. This can be changed later from the Settings section.
