Switch Off your device and now hold on the volume up, home, and power buttons down at a time. Continue it until your device shows the screen Android Robot.
You will now get to access the Android Robot. Find and select the Wipe Data/Factory Reset option by using the buttons volume up, home, and power buttons.
Scroll down and select Yes to delete all user data. Now, press the Power button to get a notice script scrolling along the bottom of the screen, finally showing a message Data Wipe Complete.
Now, press on the power button again to Reset the device. The device is now restored to the factory settings and you can now set a new password and use the phone again.
