Google has launched the two latest Nexus smartphones- LG Nexus 5X and Huawei Nexus 6P – today in India. Both these smartphones can pre-ordered from today and will hit the stores from 21st October. The Nexus 5X is exclusively available on Amazon, while the Nexus 6P is exclusively available on Flipkart online. Google Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P are available offline with retailers such as The Mobile Store, Sangeetha Mobiles, and Croma et al.
As reported earlier, Google Nexus 5X
is priced Rs. 31,900 for the 16GB variant and Rs. 35,900 for the 32GB variant. On the other hand, Nexus 6P is priced Rs. 39,999 for the 32GB internal storage variant, and Rs. 42,999 for the 64GB variant.

Customers who have pre-ordered Nexus 5X can avail Bluetooth set worth Rs. 2,500 and screen replacement worth Rs. 6,500 for free, and also Rs. 3,500 cashback for HDFC Bank credit card users. Customers who have pre-ordered Nexus 6P can avail Chromecast dongle worth Rs. 2,999 on Flipkart for free, or a Bluetooth speaker worth Rs. 2,495 via offline retailers for free.
Google Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P will run on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow, and the key features include the Nexus Imprint fingerprint sensor, and USB Type-C ports. The devices are compatible with the with Google's Project Fi, the company's MVNO service while the company claims that the fingerprint sensor is claimed to recognise a print in less than 600 milliseconds. The new Nexus smartphones boasts of the Android Sensor Hub, a low-power processor comparable to the Apple M9 coprocessor with the separate powers gesture, activity, and movement tracking using gleaned from specialised hardware and Camera.
The Nexus 6P sports 5.7-inch QHD (1440x2560 pixel) display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4, designed out of aluminium and is equipped with 12.3-megapixel rear camera with 4K and slow-motion (240fps) video recording, apart from an f/2.0 aperture; 8-megapixel front-facing camera with HDR+ and a f/2.4 aperture. Onboard is the 2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 v2.1 SoC, while it comes with 3GB of LPDD4 RAM and supports 3450mAh battery with Quick Charge. The device is available in Frost White, Aluminium, and Graphite colours.
Nexus 5X on the other hand sports a 5.2-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixel) display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3, and is equipped with a 12.3-megapixel rear camera with 4K and slow-motion (120fps) video recording, apart from an f/2.0 aperture, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with HDR+ and a f/2.0 aperture. Featuring 2700mAh battery, with Quick Charge support providing up to 3.8 hours of charge in 10 minutes, the Nexus 5X comes with 1.8GHz hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 SoC. The device is available in Carbon Black, Quartz White, and Ice Blue variants.
